What can you expect from your Carrie’d NYC strap?

One-of-a-kind quality. All of our straps are made in the USA of imported fabrics from around the globe. Due to the delicate nature of certain vintage fabrics (indicated in product description), certain colors may photograph differently–if you have any questions, please email customerservice@carriednyc.com before purchasing.

 

How do I know if a Carrie’d NYC strap will work with my bag?

First and foremost, your bag must have two end hooks and/or a removable strap. Once that is confirmed, measure the current strap from end-to-end, including the hardware (Carrie’s NYC straps are measured in inches) to find a strap compatible with your bag. If you have any questions, please email customerservice@carriednyc.com before purchasing.

 

I would love to personalize my new strap with a monogram of my initials—how can I arrange this? What a great idea! Personalization takes our designs to a whole new level…just contact customerservice@carriednyc.com.

 

I’m giving this as a gift, does Carrie’d NYC gift wrap?

Your new strap comes in a carry pouch for protection and storage—just add a bow and a note!

 

When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your custom order between 2-3 weeks from time of purchase. If we are able to ship sooner, we will notify you.

 

I just placed an order, but oops, I need to cancel asap!

No problem. Just email customerservice@carriednyc.com within 24 hours and we will cancel your order. Please contact customerservice@carriednyc.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will modify your order as per request. Please note: once an order has been placed, it is sent directly to our shipping team—for the most expedient shipping process, please order with care.

 

I changed my mind and would like to return my order.

Unfortunately, since these are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns unless items are damaged upon arrival…

 

My new strap arrived damaged upon arrival. What are my options?

You may email our customerservice@carriednyc.com and choose to either replace your strap, or be issued a full refund in the original form of payment. In addition, please provide a picture and details of the damage.

 

Actually…this is not the strap I ordered.

If this happens (rare cases), you may email customerservice@carriednyc.com and we will make sure to get you the strap you intended to order!

 

I love my new strap—how do I keep it looking like new?

Because of the artisanal craftsmanship of our designs, we strongly recommend that you treat your strap with reasonable care, i.e. avoid using with a heavy bag, avoid rubbing against jewelry or hardware, etc., and spot clean only. With proper care and wear, you can expect to enjoy your strap for many years!

 

I would love to have Carrie’d NYC in my store: how do I make that happen?
